Mail Order Instructions

There are two ways to order mail order for one of our signings.

Order through the website

Go to the event page for the event you want to order from.
Click the items you want to order and select the quantity to add to your cart.
Enter your shipping/billing information and select payment method (you can pay online with paypal/credit card or you can choose Check/Money Order and mail your payment.
All calculations are done for you including return shipping
At the end of your order you get a receipt page to print AND a link on that receipt to a mail order form that is already filled out for you. Print that form and include it with your order.
Be sure to add special instructions (include inscriptions) to the mail order form, be as detailed as you can!

Fill out the mail order form

Print and fill out our Mail Order Form.
Be sure to fill out the entire form including the items, the quantities, and all of the totals.
Tax only needs to be added for Missouri residents. Tax is (0.0625 X subtotal).
Shipping for MOST orders is $6.45 (a few baseballs, 8x10s, jersey, etc), however larger orders or oversized items (like Bats) cost more, contact us if you need a shipping quote.

Additional Instructions

To ensure that your package arrives safely, please mail all packages to us with delivery confirmation or tracking. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.

All signatures must be prepaid. Items that arrive without cash, money order, or prior credit card payment will not be signed or returned.

Allow one to two weeks after the date of the show for your item to be returned.

All items will be signed per instructions given via the mail order packing slip. Cards and photos will be returned in a top loader for added protection. Return shipping via USPS Priority Mail will include delivery confirmation.

Player appearances, days, times, and prices are subject to change. Each autograph ticket is good for one (1) autograph on the item you provide to be signed. Players reserve the right to refuse any item or inscription.
